Tasting notes: Straw yellow with greenish reflections. The nose is intense and persistent, with iodine, floral and white peach aromas. On the palate it is balanced and crisp, with a pleasant salty finish
Pairings: excellent with aperitifs, seafood, roasted fish and grilled vegetables. Serve at 8-10 °C (46.5-50 °F)
