In 2025 we officially join the Wine in Moderationthe European network promoting a conscious and sustainable wine culture.
A choice that we feel is deeply ours, because for us wine is, first and foremost, a gesture of carefor those who produce it, for those who drink it, for the territory that hosts it.
What is Wine in Moderation and why we chose to join
Wine in Moderation was founded in 2008 on the initiative of the European wine industry, with the aim of spreading a clear message: wine is only truly appreciated if consumed in moderation.
This is not just a campaign, but a cultural movement involving companies, professionals and consumers, offering tools and information to experience wine as part of a balanced lifestylehealthy and convivial.
For a company like ours, which has been living the vineyard with passion and respect for four generations, joining this project was natural.
Every bottle we produce - from our sparkling white Babbìo to the rare muffato Grillodoro - tells of a unique territory, but also of a shared responsibility: that of promoting conscious consumption.
Wine, balance and culture: a sustainable vision
Wine is much more than a drink: it is part of our culture, our history, our identity.
But for this beauty to continue to exist, it must be experienced with respect. And that is precisely what our membership of Wine in Moderation is based on:
- promote the responsible drinking during tastings, events and meetings;
- tell about wine in a clear and accessible language, without excesses or technicalities;
- enhancing the taste experience, focusing on the quality rather than quantity.
In our daily lives, and in everything we share with the public, we always try to convey the pleasure of wine as part of a harmonious relationship with oneself and the environment.
Initiatives planned for 2025
Our commitment does not stop at formal membership. During 2025, we will be involved in a series of initiatives dedicated to the theme of moderation, both inside the cellar, both on the ground and online.
A key moment will be the Wine in Moderation Daythe international day in November: an opportunity to raise awareness, tell and involve even more those who choose our wines.
In the meantime, we will continue to carry on an ongoing dialogue with our audience, through events, guided tours and digital content that focus on an authentic and respectful approach to the world of wine.

Being part of Wine in Moderation for us is not a point of arrival, but a new beginning.
