Summer is already here, and 'bubbles' are the best excuse to toast in company.
If we talk about Sicilian sparkling wines, SiciliaInBolleis certainly the most eagerly awaited event of the season. Now in its 10th edition, the festival of Sicilian bubbles and more is organised by AIS Sicily from 29 June to 1 July in the now historic location of the Madison Restaurant in Realmonte (AG), overlooking the splendid Scala dei Turchi.
The event will include themed conferences and masterclasses, and will conclude with the customary opening of the tasting counters, to toast together with our organic sparkling wines Palmarès Brut and Rosé Extra Dry, Babbìo white sparkling 'plastic free' and the brand new classic method rosé, Brut nature 36 months on the lees, from Pinot noir.
